How shipping works

Shipping times depend on the seller, the product, your delivery address, and whether an item is ready to deliver or made to order. Each seller is responsible for preparing the item and providing accurate delivery information for their products.

Order processing

All orders are initiated within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. During this stage, the seller confirms inventory, prepares the package, and hands the shipment to one of our partnered courier companies. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Ready-to-deliver and made-to-order items

Ready to deliver

These items are generally prepared for dispatch shortly after order confirmation. The estimated delivery window shown on the listing begins after the seller hands the parcel to the courier.

Made to order

These items require additional production or preparation time before dispatch. Please review the seller's estimated preparation time on the product page, as it will be longer than a ready-to-deliver item.

Tracking your delivery

Our partnered courier companies provide shipment routing and tracking information. Once the courier accepts your parcel, a tracking reference will be shared through your order details or the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking events may take some time to appear after dispatch.

Delivery expectations

  • Delivery estimates are provided by the seller or courier and are not guaranteed dates.
  • Courier delays may occur because of weather, customs, public holidays, address issues, or other events outside the seller's control.
  • Orders containing products from different sellers may arrive in separate shipments.
  • Please make sure your name, address, phone number, and delivery instructions are accurate before confirming your order.

Questions about a shipment?

First check the tracking information in your order details and contact the seller for product-specific updates. If the tracking information has not updated or your delivery appears to be delayed, contact Iftah Mall support with your order number and tracking reference.
